New X-Men Vol. 2 #1 – 46 + TPB Vol. 1 – 10 (2004-2016) : Continued directly out of New Mutants Vol. 2 (2003). The series lost the “Academy X” in the title with issue 20. After issue 19, the series was taken over by a different creative team.

The series was however relaunched after the Messiah Complex crossover and was replaced with Young X-Men, coming with a different writer and art-team and starring just a few of the team-members that where in the New X-men series.

Update : Aug 20th, 2018 – Adding Vol. 4 – 10.
