The Heckler #1 – 6 (1992-1993) : The Heckler was the creation of Keith Giffen and Tom Bierbaum. A super hero parody series, the Heckler (Stu Mosley) was a regular, if awkward guy based in the ghetto end of Delta City and co-owned a diner named “Eats”. However he also fought crime as The Heckler, an annoying and altogether dis-respected hero.

The Heckler didn’t have any obvious superpowers, rather he possessed a quick wit and the ability to annoy his opponents into frustration (as well the ability to take a good beating).
